Conference Bookings - Cancellations

• Registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will be entitled to a refund of their paid fees minus a processing fee of $100 provided written notice (by email < This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. In the case where cancellation of participation results in cancellation of a presentation already approved through the review process, a total fee of $250 will be charged. A receipt for publication fees in the proceedings along with a copy of the book of abstracts will be sent by mail. All refunds will be made after the Congress.
