Maximum presentations per registrant

If you will be making an oral presentation or bringing a poster, please indicate abstract numbers assigned. Each registrant for the full three-day program can be responsible for up to two presentations or posters. A one-day registrant can be responsible for one presentation. Indicate your abstract number(s) at the end of the online registration process or on the pdf registration form.

Orphan abstracts (i.e. without a responsible registrant) will be removed from the oral program after March 8, 2010 and from the poster program after April 15, 2010.

Cancellation of Participation

Registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will be entitled to a refund of their paid fees minus a processing fee of $50 provided written notice (by email, letter or fax) is received by the congress organizers before May 15, 2010. In the case where cancellation of participation results in cancellation of a presentation already approved through the review process, an additionnal fee of $150 per paper will be charged. A receipt for publication fees in the proceedings along with a copy of the book of abstracts will be sent by mail. All refunds will be made after the Congress.

Liability and Insurance

Participants are advised to make their own personal travel and health insurance arrangements. Neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the Congress Organizers assume any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property during the congress.

Changes

The Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes to the program as deemed necessary.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
