The program is currently subdivided in 12 technical tracks. Each track is further divided into themes, and also into oral or poster sessions. During the following weeks, some joint inter-sectional sections will be organized. Themes with a large number of papers will be subdivided into several technical sessions.

Authors will receive more instructions later on the format of oral presentations or posters. Oral presentations will last 15 or 20 minutes, depending on the number of presentations in a given theme. Posters will be on normal A0 paper (0.85 m × 1.20 m; 34” x 48”). Specific time periods will be planned in the program for poster viewing and discussion with authors.

Authors are responsible to pre-register by the required date to maintain their papers in the program. The final program will be based on all confirmed papers. In general, authors have been allowed a presentation in the format (oral or poster) for which they indicated preference in their original submission. Each registrant can be responsible for a maximum of two presentations – indicate the ID number on the registration form. Papers intended for the oral program for which there has not been any responsible registrant by March 8 will be moved to the poster program. Papers intended for the poster program for which there has not been any responsible registrant by April 15 will be removed from the program. The final program which will also include the plenary sessions will be available on the site by May 15.
