Hotels next to the Convention Centre

Hotels offering a negotiated rate for CIGR Congress participants near the Convention Centre.

When making reservations with one of the above hotels, ask for the group rate offered to participants of the “17th World Congress of CIGR, the International Commission of Agricultural Engineering”.  Some hotels include free internet in their rates (Delta, Pur); ask the applicable rate if this option is important for you.  Free wireless internet will be available at the Convention Centre.  All downtown hotels charge $15 to $25 per night for car parking.  The rates above have been negotiated for booking at least two to three months prior to the Congress.  Book early if you want to benefit from the above rates.

Moderate cost lodging at Université Laval

Room with shared bathrooms can be rented at the Student Residences of Université Laval during the summer. Residences are located at about 6 km from the Convention Centre which can be accessed by frequent public transit ($2.75 each way; exact change is required).
